Orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Standard shipping takes 2-3 business days, and pickup options are available at checkout.

2. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hair extensions, wigs, or hair care products for hygiene reasons.
3. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed.
Refunds may be issued only in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
5. Custom Orders
Custom wigs or made-to-order items require 5-7 days for production. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are with the shipping carrier. If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly.
